Catrice once again joined Portuguese designer Cata Vassalo for her fashion show on 17 September, taking over the beauty and backstage experience.
Inspired by the show’s “PLURAL” theme, the brand explored the idea that beauty has no single form, it can be classic, unexpected, mysterious or theatrical. This concept came to life through different characters and interactive experiences throughout the evening.
Backstage, a makeup artist surprised guests by unexpectedly turning her movements into a performance, showcasing makeup as a form of self-expression.
Outside the backstage area, Lady Fortune invited guests to spin a roulette wheel incorporated into her costume, while The Oracle, inspired by vintage fortune-telling machines, revealed personalised messages to participants.
The experience also featured a Photobooth, where guests could capture the moment, as well as a character inspired by classical sculptures, bringing a traditional representation of beauty to life in an unexpected way.
Through these activations, Catrice highlighted the many forms beauty can take, bringing together makeup, fashion, performance and interaction, while continuing its partnership with Cata Vassalo.
