The brand’s launch in Portugal marked a strategic step in its international expansion. Official distribution in the national market is handled by Fun Cosmetics, reinforcing Bugalugs commitment to building close relationships with pet owners, professionals and animal lovers.
In addition to its presence at the country’s largest pet event, the brand’s products also became available online at Wells, as well as in selected retail outlets and on the atcosmetics.pt platform.
Founded in 2020 in the United Kingdom, Bugalugs was inspired by “Max,” the dog that gave the brand its name. Since then, it has won over the British market with a proposition focused on cruelty-free and affordable products. The portfolio includes shampoos, conditioners, paw and nose balms, and detangling sprays designed to support dogs’ hygiene and well-being routines.
During the event, visitors had the opportunity to explore the brand’s ranges up close, discover new launches, and take part in several stand activations, including a prize wheel offering giveaways for both pet owners and their animals.
